Mission
Statement:
Community Services will assist residents of
Fairfield County to become more self-reliant and improve their
quality of life by providing medical and financial assistance,
supportive services, and job skills enhancement.
General
Information: Services available Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on an appointment or walk-in basis. For
working families, appointments outside of the normal operating
hours are available.

Philosophy
Community Services uses a customer-driven philosophy for
providing services to assist families to become self-reliant.
The
services can be direct financial or medical assistance or
supportive services such as case management. A variety of funding
sources are utilized for these different types of services.
Community Services has fifty-five staff who assist families with
children in their household and adults without children and who
are able to work to become self-sufficient. Community Services
staff are committed to providing excellent customer service to
Fairfield County families.
